Tenpu® fiber technology
But that is not all. Our specially developed fiber packages with Tenpu® fiber technology are true multi-talents: They dampen power peaks and absorb start-up shocks, while the elastomer performs a protective function for the fiber packages. But this inconspicuous component does even more: it isolates noise and interrupts structure-borne sound, ensuring extremely quiet and efficient performance.

Tenpu® fiber technology is adaptable so that it can be pressed into different shapes. Either in a link coupling form, a flexible disc or pressed together to form a link coupling. This means that torques of up to 16,000 Nm are no problem. Thanks to this shape, we can install couplings in the smallest possible installation space. The SGFlex is the basis for our flexible discs and flexible drive shafts.
The classic is the flex disc. In use millions of times. The loops are wound into a ring and vulcanized together.
Compensation of the misalignment between the input and output shafts can be achieved using flexible discs such as the SGFlex. If you have difficulties with misalignment, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help you find the right solution!

In-house materials laboratory
When developing products, we use state-of-the-art materials laboratory to ensure best possible solution for your application. In doing so, we develop and process various elastomer compounds (NBR, SBR, EPDM, silicone / VMQ) according to requirements.
Virtual product development
Virtual product development includes multi-body simulation (MBS), finite element method (FEM) and FKM evaluation (strength verification). Rapid prototyping is used to verify calculation and measurement.
Validation of design and products done in-house according with customer specifications.
